All orders are shipped FOB Boston by DHL or USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is available on request by buyer.

All claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 5 days after the receipt of shipment. No returned merchandise will be accepted for credit without prior authorization. All unauthorized returns are subject to 20% restocking charge plus freight.
